Since blood circulation is the one thing that becomes affected by just about every chronic health problem, I believe that it is time for us to understand what is going on.
If you think that doctors understand the workings of the heart, you will be unpleasantly surprised after reading this blog.
It is a mind-boggling realization that you are instructed to undergo a life-threatening surgical procedure where you have to sign of your life in the case of complications so that your trusted doctor bares no responsibility, and the decision to expose yourself to this procedure is based on the knowledge of an "expert" who does not understand what is going on.
If you think that I am exaggerating, let us see what are medical students told about one of the most common heart anomalies of modern times, the Atrial Fibrillation (AF).
"Atrial fibrillation is an irregular and often rapid heart rate that can increase your risk of stroke, heart failure, and other heart-related complications."
fibrillation (AF) is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia)
that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure, and other
As you can see, students are told that AF is an irregular often increased rhythm of your heart and immediately further consequences are attached to this statement letting the students know that if this heart rhythm is not corrected that further health complications will develop, in particular, a coagulum ( small particle of coagulated blood) and stroke.
Now when students
are being warned of the problem AF causes, let us see what are those
students told about AF and what causes these rapid contractions of
the hearts atrium?
"Normally, your heart contracts and relaxes to a regular beat. In atrial fibrillation, the upper chambers of the heart (the atria) beat irregularly (quiver) instead of beating effectively to move blood into the ventricles"
"During atrial fibrillation, the heart's two upper chambers (the atria) beat faster and irregularly — out of coordination with the two lower chambers (the ventricles) of the heart. Atrial fibrillation symptoms often include heart palpitations, shortness of breath and weakness."
atrial fibrillation can come and go, or you may develop atrial
fibrillation that doesn't go away and may require treatment. Although
atrial fibrillation itself usually isn't life-threatening, it is a
serious medical condition that sometimes requires emergency
consists of four chambers — two upper chambers (atria) and two
lower chambers (ventricles). Within the upper right chamber of your
heart (right atrium) is a group of cells called the sinus node. This
is where the impulse for the heartbeat is formed. The sinus node
produces the impulse that normally starts each heartbeat.
impulse travels first through the atria and then through a connecting
pathway between the upper and lower chambers of your heart called the
As the signal passes from the sinus node through the atria, they contract, pumping blood from your atria into the ventricles below. As the signal passes through the AV node to the ventricles, it signals the ventricles to contract, pumping blood out to your body.
In atrial fibrillation, the atria experience chaotic electrical signals. As a result, they quiver, contract fast and seemingly without control. The AV node — the electrical connection between the atria and the ventricles — is bombarded with impulses trying to get through to the ventricles.
Not all of the
impulses get through so the ventricles although faster, do not match
the speed of their contractions to the frequency of the atrium."
Medical students are
told that the problem is electrical. That for some reason, the
contractions are out of the sink and that medication is needed to
slow down the atrial contractions so that the correct speed of
heartbeat can be reestablished.
So what are the students told that could cause this health issue?
"High blood pressure, heart attack, an overactive thyroid gland or other metabolic imbalance, exposure to stimulants, such as medications, caffeine, tobacco or alcohol, sleep apnea, and my favorite is the top of stupidity which is the "sick sinus syndrome" — improper functioning of the heart's natural pacemaker."
Of course, there are some real causes of AF mentioned as well such as are issues with heart valves, and instead of mentioning problems of blood circulation caused by damages in veins, the students are pointed to problems with coronary arteries which is false and I will later explain why.
From what the
medical students are being told, it is not surprising that the only
thing that doctors are focusing on is to normalize the heartbeat and
having complete disregard for the actual cause that triggers this
Now, let us learn
To be able to push the blood through the arterial blood system, first the blood has to be collected, it has to fill the heart atrium chambers where the blood will undergo the first stage of pressurization. As the pressure in the atrium reaches the correct mark, the ventricular valve will open and the pressurized blood will be squeezed into the ventricle where the pressure will be amplified before the blood will be allowed to enter the arterial blood system of the bodies blood circulation.
The heart is
actually a hydraulic pump that operates in two stages. Where the
blood has to be pressurized to a certain level in the atrium, before
it enters ventricle, otherwise it cannot produce the satisfactory
blood pressure necessary to achieve circulation even if the
ventricular contraction is healthy and strong.
This is not
mentioned in any medical book or study.
Many yacht owners
are familiar with the desalinization process where water hydraulic
pumps are used. There is a small low power feeding electric pump that
produces 125 pounds of pressure which is then squeezed into a small
cylinder which amplifies mechanically this pressure to 700 pounds of
pressure necessary for the desalinization membrane to work properly.
systems are very energy efficient producing many gallons of
desalinated water using a small amount of electricity. I had one of
such systems on my yacht.
Our body is masterfully designed by our creator and utilizes exactly the same principles and this makes it very energy efficient.
If the blood cannot reach the necessary pressure in the first chamber which is the atrium, the signal for pressurizing the ventricle is not going to be transmitted. Now, the atrium is repeating the pressurization in an attempt to reach the necessary pressure. This will cause additional contractions and an uneven heartbeat.
We have to accept that our body is perfectly designed and when something malfunctions, we have to look for the reason why.
Why could the atrium have problem pressurizing the blood?
The returning (venous) blood is not flowing properly and it does not fill the atrium fast enough.
The cause is a faulty system of veins and their valves. This often causes symptom we cal varicose veins.
This means that the
varicose veins are precursors of a heart problem which is the
opposite of what we are being told in schools.
can cause problems with blood delivery to the heart.
could be caused by the weak valves of the heart itself, so as the
atrium starts to pressurize itself some of the blood escapes back
into the veins and the correct pressure cannot be achieved. To
compensate, the atrium starts with additional pressurizing attempts
which we see as additional ventricular palpitation.
lower the blood pressure, doctors prescribe alpha blockers. They
relax blood vessels. This lowers the blood pressure but it also
interferes with the filling of the atrium with blood and may cause
arrhythmia as the veins become overly relaxed and trap the blood.
In my experience, it is always some mechanical problem. The only time when the electric signal is interfered with is from a toxin that was introduced into the blood. All chronic problems that involve atrial fibrillation and arrhythmia are caused by mechanical problems of compromised blood circulation and injured valves.
By controlling the heart rhythm through medications we are preventing the compensation that the body implements to solve the problem it has wit pressurization of the atria. It is way better to let the arrhythmia to manifest itself than to suppress it with medicinal poisons while pretending that the situation is solved.
Of course, the best
is to realize what is happening and help the body to heal itself.
Everyone who follows my work knows how easy it is to help the body to heal. If you are new to this site, follow the Self Healers Protocol for optimal healing results.
Better yet, utilize the protocol while you are still healthy and you will prevent any chronic health symptom from manifesting itself.
After reading this article, you know more about how the heart functions then all of the cardiologists whose knowledge comes solemnly from school books.
Now you can see how
ridiculous is the sensational news pushed by media about the Apple
Watch that can sense your irregular heartbeat and alert your doctor
to medicate you in time to "slow down the progress of this
AF is not a disease.
It is a symptom of an ailing and toxic body that is crying for help.
It indicates severe problems in blood circulation and mending with
medication only contributes to the problem and does not solve
